I have always liked that music allows for such unique forms of expression. I love experimenting with different sounds my voice can produce, understand the emotions that are naturally behind them, and use them in my music somehow, be it screams, throat singing, clean singing or anything in between.

I have also been fascinated by all the different styles and genres people come up with and how they all have their own worldview. I try to use everything that inspires me, with no barriers or limitations. Sometimes a death metal section captures exactly what I have to say, sometimes an EDM beat, sometimes a jazz part. My first album ranges from metal, jazz, rock, pop, folk, electronic music, grunge, funk, soul, punk to influences from traditional music from around the world, through rhythms, inflections, vocal styles and mild microtonality. It sounds like a lot, but it’s really not that complicated once you listen to it. It all happened naturally.

I have decided a while ago that I am going to do everything on my own, from songwriting, recording, mixing and mastering to promotion and distribution. There is no other person involved in any aspect of my music other than myself. I do this to go against the current system where art is commercialised in a way that betrays its purpose, profiting anyone else other than the artists, and people how technology started being used to take away every human component. On the contrary, my music is 100% me, owned by me and an authentic form of expression, with all its imperfections.
